I work as a freelance learning designer and copywriter, but my spare time passion is for walking. I walk everywhere – day or night, I’d much rather be on my feet than in a car, bus or taxi cab.

Having spent a number of years walking and accumulating a variety of experiences and gear, I felt the need for a website that gathered together information and advice about all aspects of walking. And since I have itchy feet, rather than wait for somebody else to do it, I’ve set it up myself.
Here you will find impartial information about walking for fun and for health, getting the best deals on walking gear, and advice on related topics, like weather and navigation. Oh and I’m always open to suggestions, so if there is something you’d like to see here or you just have general comments about the website, please contact me and let me know.
